Breitling Navitimer Ref. 806 - Vintage 1965 model

Vinetage Breitling Navitimer Ref. 806. Manufactured in 1965, purchased by a pilot through the AOPA who owned it through 2012 (one owner watch). AOPA logo and wings are featured on the dial. Watch is gold plated and in very good condition. Hand wound. On Breitling black leather strap with stainless steel deployment. Watch was refinished by Mark C. Heist (Breitling authorized vintage service center) in April 2012. Complete service included: Complete disassembly, clean, oil & adjust movement, refinish movement as needed, mainspring; surface treatment of movement, assess center wheel; all chronograph adjustments, crown, 2 pushbuttons, crystal, clean hands, replace luminous only on dial and hands, case work; back gasket ; spring bars, refinish center wheel & barrel arbor, modify hour recorder detent on arbor.
