You will see a design at your first design consultation unless we are still gathering inspiration with you. This will be in the form of a sketch or digital concept art. After we hash out the details of your idea, 3D photorealistic images will be created just for you.

Yes, you can see your design before you pay! When you've decided to move forward with your design or know that you will be having something made, a 50% deposit is required. There is no payment required for sketches or digital concept art, which is made during your first appointment.

Our projects take 4-6 weeks, starting with the initial design consultation. During this time we will discuss your ideas and iron out the details, produce the design and 3D models, cast and/ or fabricate your piece, set stones, and accomplish any other production processes necessary. Some customers choose to have their design produced immediately while others choose to discuss their design for a few weeks --or even months.

If you are in a time crunch, we will do our best to work our magic! You will know if we are able to meet your deadline before we begin producing your piece so there are no surprises. 4-6 weeks is our general project timeframe because we are very thorough throughout each step in the process.

Each piece of custom jewelry we produce starts off as a brand new idea. Because of that, it's difficult to know how much a piece is going to cost without knowing a bit more about your idea. The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a consultation with us. With just a bit of information, we can usually provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, we can offer you a proposal with an exact price.

If you're purchasing a piece of jewelry that you want to last a lifetime (like an engagement ring or wedding band, for instance), then we offer the opportunity to have something made just for you for roughly the cost of something off the shelf. However, custom designing and making every piece one-of-a-kind at such high quality means we can't offer jewelry at the prices of fast fashion brands.

We take pride in that your piece is crafted to the highest quality standard and will go great lengths to ensure that the piece you receive is exactly what you want. We won't begin production until we get your approval of all the design details. Because each of our pieces is custom made, they can not be returned for a refund, and projects can not be cancelled once production has started.
