Combining Rings Together with Solder
Whether for the purpose of comfort, convenience, or style, it is possible to solder rings together that will be worn on the same finger. Sometimes this requires our jewelers to also resize your rings because a wider band will fit more snug. Visit our store anytime to see a jewelry expert for an accurate ring fitting. The prices below are estimated.
Arthritic Fingers- Sizing Alternative
Whether painful or just a pain, swollen knuckles don't have to interfere with your ability to wear your most loved jewelry. Super Fit is a ring shank with a virtually invisible hinge mechanism that can be installed in your existing rings so they can be put on with ease and stay in place throughout being worn. We suggest visiting our store for an accurate ring fitting and to speak with a jewelry expert!
Add Metal Ball Inside Ring- Sizing Alternative
Simply soldering tiny metal beads/balls to the inside of a ring shank can help comfortably situate a top-heavy ring into its proper wearing position. Small metal beads/balls are also a wonderful option if your ring is just a tad too big, but sizing down would make your ring uncomfortable to push over your knuckle.
Cracks in Rings
Excessive wear can create weak spots on rings that may eventually turn into a break. Our jewelers inspect and determine whether cracks may need filled in with solder or cut from the ring and otherwise repaired. Please bring in your jewelry to be assessed by a jeweler.
